A 100% refund will be provided for cancellations received 30 days before the arrival date. Cancellations made 15 days before arrival will receive a 50% refund, with no refund given for cancellations after that. In the case of a no-show, the total cost of the stay will be non-refundable. Parvati Kuteer reserves the right to cancel a booking due to software or human error, offering a full refund in such cases. Guests must present valid photo identification upon check-in, and the Credit Card Holder must be one of the travelers. |
