Please note the following rules for your stay: Smoking is only allowed outside on the terrace. Visitors are not permitted, and any extra guests will incur a charge of 1800 per person per night. If you're bringing drivers, please inform us in advance; accommodation and meals for drivers are 850 per day (drivers cannot sleep in vehicles). A refundable security deposit of 7,000 is required during check-in, and tariffs should be cleared with the caretaker. The meal plan is on an EP basis unless specified otherwise, and additional meals can be ordered a la carte. We love pets and offer a 15% discount if you bring your pet (T&C apply). We have a strict no-noise policy after 10 pm and ask that you avoid loud music outside. Pets are allowed in the unit and terrace area only, and the common areas are not pet-friendly. Please supervise your pet, especially near our resident cats. If your pet is not potty trained, any mess inside the unit will incur a 2000 charge. Please avoid damage to property, as charges will apply for repairs. Early check-in is available only with prior arrangement and a fee. This heritage property has wooden areas, so use them carefully to avoid damage, especially at night. Food is available on-site, and outside food is not allowed.
