For cancellations made 30 days before the arrival date, a 100% refund will be issued, while cancellations made 15 days prior will receive a 50% refund; no refund will be provided for cancellations made thereafter. In the case of a no-show under any circumstances, the total cost of the stay will be non-refundable. Parvati Kuteer reserves the right to cancel a booking due to software or human error, in which case a 100% refund of the booking amount will be provided. Guests must present valid photo identification upon check-in, and the credit card holder must be one of the travelers.
