Booking and Cottage Rules: For bookings within 30 days of arrival, 100% of the license fee must be paid in advance, while bookings made earlier require 50% in advance and the remaining balance 30 days before arrival. The number of guests cannot exceed the booking details, and valid photo and address identification are required at booking and check-in. Parties, loud noises, and music disturbing neighbors are prohibited. Freshly prepared food is available but not instantly, and any damage to items will be charged as actuals.
