1. Bookings made within 30 days of arrival, 100% of total license fee in advance.
2. Booking made before 30 days of arrival, 50% of license fee in advance and balance 50% at 30 days before arrival. Cottage Rules1. The number of guests cannot exceed the count mentioned at time of booking.

Any illegal activity, including the use of narcotics, prostitution and commercial activity, is not permitted. 7. No smoking in the rooms. Smoking is only allowed in the outdoor common areas. 8.
