Upon entering the lodge, you’ll find a convenient cloakroom with ample space for coats, shoes, and any adventure gear you may have brought. The lodge then opens into a cozy living area with a fully equipped kitchen, offering everything you need for a relaxing stay. The smart TV provides access to Netflix (please note, there is no terrestrial TV), while the comfortable sofa is an ideal spot to enjoy one of the books we’ve provided—perfect for inspiring your next adventure or helping you unwind and escape the stresses of daily life.
The bathroom, featuring a walk-in shower, is located on the ground floor. Towels and toiletries are thoughtfully provided. Upstairs, you’ll find a romantic bedroom with a double bed and luxurious linens. The dressing table offers a lovely space to prepare for a special occasion, complete with a hairdryer and hair straighteners. An armchair provides a cozy spot to relax, and it can also be transformed into a single bed for a child, with a travel cot available upon request.
Outside, there’s a charming patio area with a picnic bench, allowing you to enjoy the peaceful, secluded garden and its beautiful views of the enchanting woodland behind the lodge. A gas barbecue is available for use throughout the year, whether in summer or winter. The slightly elevated position, surrounded by trees on three sides, creates a sunny, idyllic, and private spot, while still allowing you to hear the gentle hum of activity from the nearby lake.

Smoking is not allowed inside the house, and shoes must be removed upon entry. Please respect our neighbors by keeping noise to a minimum after 10pm. The cottage is pet-friendly upon request, with a maximum occupancy of 3 people. In-house dining options, including breakfast and dinner hampers, are available upon request.
