1. In case of cancellation up to 1-month advance notice before the check-in date, 100% refund will be provided.
2. In case of cancellation up to 14 days advance notice before the check-in date, 50% refund will be provided. 3. If the booking is canceled within the 7 days prior to arrival, no refund will be issued. General: All notices of cancellations and requests for changes to accommodations should be submitted in writing in advance. Parties, loud noises, and music that disturbs neighbors is not permitted beyond 9 pm (Maintain the sanctity of the surroundings) 1. Any breakage/damage of any items will be charged at 'actuals'. Any illegal activity, including the use of narcotics, prostitution, or commercial activity, is not permitted. 2. All rooms are non-smoking. Smoking is allowed only on the open green deck. 3. Must climb stairs to access different rooms and the green deck area. 4. No refund will be provided in case of power cuts by the government and/or the power supply company, However, the property is backed by an inverter for basic electric supplies. 5. Please take care of your belongings. Management will not be responsible for any loss of items. In case of valuables, please keep the room locked. 6.
