For cancellations made at least one month before the check-in date, a full refund (100%) will be provided. Cancellations made up to 14 days prior to check-in will receive a 50% refund. However, no refund will be issued for cancellations made within 7 days of arrival. All cancellation notices and accommodation change requests must be submitted in writing, and refunds or charges will be calculated based on the date the notification is received.
Guests are requested to maintain the sanctity of the surroundings; parties, loud noises, and music disturbing neighbors are not allowed after 9 PM. Any breakage or damage to items will be charged at actual costs, and illegal activities, including narcotics use, prostitution, or commercial ventures, are strictly prohibited. All rooms are non-smoking, with smoking permitted only on the designated open green deck. The property requires climbing stairs to access various rooms and the green deck area. No refunds will be provided for power outages caused by the government or the power supply company, although an inverter is available for basic electric needs.
