Amplified music and alcohol consumption are not allowed on the riverbank. The property consists of 4 cottages with a total of 8 rooms, where each cottage has one room with an independent washroom on the 1st floor and one room with an independent washroom on the ground floor. The stay includes 3 meals, tea, coffee, and locally produced juices. For children between 5 to 12 years, the charge is Rs. 750 per child per night. In case a guest skips any meal, Rs. 150 will be deducted for either lunch or breakfast, and Rs. 200 for dinner. For children aged 5 to 12 years, Rs. 100 will be reduced per meal.
