An outdoor enclosed garden with a patio area is accessible via a step-free step from the rear entrance into the double patio door to the Kitchen / Dining area.

Please advise on the number of guests staying so we can make up the correct number of beds and leave enough towels. The home has stairs to the first-floor bedrooms, so please keep this in mind if you have access issues or young children. We offer a haven for people with pet allergies, so please be considerate and don't try to go against the no-pet rule. We love animals, too, but there are plenty of pet-friendly homes in the area that you can book instead. Please don't wear shoes in carpeted areas. Please let us know if you are bringing an electric vehicle or need charging so we can ensure the EV point is on. Otherwise, it will be off, and no charge will be available.
