We do not recommend booking the property for travelers with pre-existing ailments, senior citizens with heart or knee issues, or pregnant ladies, as the walk from rooms to the dining area can be challenging, and room service is not available. Please feel free to reach out before booking for any clarifications. Water is precious here due to the Himalayas facing acute water shortages, so we urge guests to use it responsibly. Our rooms are equipped with electric blankets (Nov–Feb) as heaters and smoking inside the tents are restricted due to fire hazards. Being located inside the Naina Devi Bird Conservation Reserve, loud music on speakers or mobile phones is not allowed after 10 PM, and guests are requested to speak softly post-dinner. Bonfires are a paid activity (₹500–₹700 per camp for 2.5 hours) and require forest department permission for wood. All meals and snacks are served only at the café for the convenience of guests and staff. Please note, we are not a pet-friendly property due to our proximity to dense jungle areas. |
