Cancellation Policy All cancellations must be notified in writing. If you cancel your holiday more than 30 days before check-in, you will receive a full refund. If you cancel between 14 days and seven days before the check-in, you will receive a 50% refund. If you cancel within seven days of check-in, then the full balance remains due and is not refundable.
